The hotel is very convenient to the airport and full of sunshine. The rooms are large, have a kitchen with a microwave, but were not serviced in a timely manner, requiring calls to housekeeping for fresh towels. The service was decent, but staff did not offer to correct an issue, instead suggested making my own calls. The location is surrounded by restaurants and just a few minutes from the outlet mall. The dining experience was amazing, especially during happy hour. Overall, the hotel has character, but the restrooms were noted as dirty.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were very clean and roomy, but unfortunately, I had some noise disturbance that sounded like it was next to a boiler room all night. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, making my experience enjoyable. The location was great with plenty of activities nearby, although some maintenance updates might be needed. The dining experience was beyond amazing, truly impressive. The facilities were well-maintained, enhancing my stay.
The hotel was clean and well-appointed, offering quiet and comfortable rooms. However, there was a really bad moldy smell coming through the sliding door, and room servicing was not timely. The service was friendly and nice, but there were some issues with the staff. The location was clean and in good order, near the Airport and several nice restaurants. The dining experience was excellent, especially the egg station, but there were a few drawbacks with the service. The facilities were great, with notable amenities. The price offered good value for money overall.
